Service Proposition and Charges - Investment and Pension

Initial Advice

You shouldn't choose your Independent Financial Adviser on the basis of cost alone. Levels of service, expertise and client experience are more important factors to consider. However, our "typical" service and charging structure is detailed in our Key Facts document which you can download below. All Financial Advisers should provide you with their Key Facts document at the outset of your dealings with them. As part of a transparent approach we have decided to publish our Key Facts document here on our website. The key elements of our charges are also summarised in the tables below.

We do not receive commission or any other inducements from the investment companies we deal with so you can be sure that the advice you receive from us will be impartial and with your best interests at heart. Charges can be paid either by settling them to us directly or from within your investment fund if you prefer.

Although the tables and Key Facts document outline our "typical" charges and service proposition, they are not exhaustive and we will be happy to discuss your particular requirements or answer any questions you may have. We are able to build our services and charges around your needs and we welcome the opportunity to discuss these with you.

Usually, the first meeting will be without cost. This will enable us get an overview of your needs and will enable you to get an understanding of how our services can be of benefit to you. If, after the first meeting, you decide that you would like us to help you then our typical charges are outlined in the document "Key Information About Our Charges" which you can download below.

These charges relate to the areas of investment and pensions. The amount we charge depends on how much you intend to invest, or how much you already have invested with us. The greater the assets under management the lower the proportional chargeGenerally our services are not subject to VAT.

Ongoing Advice

We also provide an ongoing maintenance and review service for your investments and pension to ensure they remain appropriate to your changing circumstances and constantly altering legislation. The level of service is determined by the amount of funds held under management with us. If you would like to enjoy a higher level of service than your standard plan, we will be happy to discuss terms with you. Again, further details are available in the "Key Information About Our Charges" document, which you can download below
